Generally speaking, the main types of sexual fantasies that most people have involve thoughts of sexual attraction to others and/or things (paraphilias) and seem to revolve around a combination of social/personal situations, authority/rebellion and power-play, as well as age-play, costume-play and other types of role-playing scenarios. These types of fantasies are pretty common, so this blog post focuses more on specific fantasies and fantasy situations that I've found to be interesting and unique from Hustler magazine art and photo spreads over the years.
I organized these fantasies into 12 different categories, and some have similar attributes, so I put them in the following order:
1. Teratophilia (Monster Fetish) Fantasies:
"Beauty's Beast", Hustler November 1978:
"Beauty and the Beast", Hustler April 1981:
"In The Land of Aaahs", Hustler November 1982:

Chuy Bravo, formerly the sidekick of Chelsea Handler from the TV show Chelsea Lately (2007-2014), appears in the above photo spread. Some people might not know that Chuy appeared in the some porn films as well, with titles like these: Snow White and the 3 Dwarfs (2002, Totally Tasteless), Midget Mania (2003, Heatwave), Demented Dwarfs (2005, Totally Tasteless), Twisted Midgets 5 (2005, FilmCo), Fuckin' Dwarfs (2007, Totally Tasteless), and Chuy Then And Lately (2009, Heatwave).

The "Barely Legal" imagery in Hustler magazine basically began with the above photo spread from 1975. In a series of four blog posts on the subject, starting with the one entitled, "Hustler Magazine: Barely Legal Before Barely Legal", I present a chronological visual exposé showcasing the evolutionary development of this style over the years.
In September 1993, the first issue of Hustler's Barely Legal magazine was released:
